A short guided meditation designed for all levels. Meditate with Kevin as he teaches you a simple breath focused meditation technique to calm your mind and bring awareness to the senses. This meditation can be done at home or at work.

 

Take a few minutes to center yourself, release tension and re approach your day from a place of ease and reduced stress.
